废旧铝模板挤压模具重复再利用的关键技术

Key technology of reusing extrusion die for waste aluminum template

简要介绍了闲置或已经报废的铝模板挤压模具的现状、数量、型号及其应用情况,并针对不同类型的模具分别制定了对应的重复再利用改造方法,即将旧型号模具改造成截面尺寸相近的新型号模具,或者将已报废的模具通过翻新后再次投入使用。数据及实际应用结果表明,改造后的模具与使用新钢材制造的模具使用寿命基本相同,而且使用翻新改造后的废旧模具所生产的铝模板型材的各项技术性能指标均能够满足施工使用要求,为企业节约了高昂的开模费用,大大降低了铝模板型材的生产成本。

Through the analysis and statistics of the number and model of the idle or scrapped aluminum template extrusion die,the corresponding re-use transformation method is formulated according to different types of die.The old die is transformed into a new die with similar cross-section size,or the scrapped die is put into use again after being renovated.The service life of the reformed die is basically the same as that of the die made of new steel.The technical performance indexes of the aluminum template profiles produced by the renovated waste molds can meet the construction requirements,and the high cost of new mold can be saved for the enterprise to save,the production cost of aluminum template profile can be greatly reduced.
