摘要
为了解决铝材冷轧机直流传动励磁单元在运行过程中存在的问题,结合西门子6RA80传动装置特点,提出了用6RA80直流传动的电枢回路替代原励磁单元为直流电机提供可变励磁电流的方案。通过重新设计励磁回路的硬件电路和控制电路,调整传动参数和优化内部控制功能,实现了用6RA80电枢回路完成直流电机的励磁电流闭环和弱磁控制功能。
In order to solve the problems existing in the operation of DC drive excitation of cold rolling mill,combined with the Siemens 6RA80 Drive features,the project of using 6RA80 armature circuit instead of the excitation unit to provide variable excitation current for DC motor is proposed.By redesigning the main circuit and control circuit of the excitation unit,adjusting 6RA80 Drive parameters and optimizing control function,the function of closed-loop and flux weakening control of DC motor excitation current is realized by using the 6RA80 Drive armature loop.
