社区组织参与禁毒防艾工作的成效与展望

The Effect and Prospect of Community-Based Organizations to Participate in Drug Abuse and AIDS Prevention

社区组织在禁毒防艾工作中发挥着重要作用,是政府部门工作的有效补充。但随着禁毒防艾工作的变化,社区组织的生存和发展不断迎来新的挑战。如何根据疫情和公共卫生环境的变化特点培育和引导社区组织获得良好发展,从而持续性的参与禁毒防艾工作成为需要认真思考和实践的问题。本文对昆明市五华区社区组织参与禁毒防艾工作历程进行回顾,对取得的成绩和面临的挑战进行分析,结合艾滋病防治形势的变化对社区组织持续发展进行了展望。

Community-based organizations(CBOs) play an important role in anti-drug campaign and AIDS prevention. They are effectively reinforcement services of government departments. However, the survival and development of CBOs are constantly facing new challenges with the change of drug abuse and AIDS prevention. How to cultivate and guide CBOs to develop and persistently participate in anti-drug campaign and AIDS prevention according to the changing characteristics of epidemic and public health demands becomes a focal problem for considering and solving. This paper reviews the history of Wuhua District CBOs’ participation in anti-drug campaign and AIDS prevention, analyzes the achievements and challenges, and discusses the sustainable development of CBOs in combination with the challenges.
