摘要
5-甲氧基-2-甲基色胺(5-MeO-AMT)是一种新型色胺类新精神活性物质,在"男同性恋"中滥用严重,具有强大的致幻以及苯丙胺样的刺激作用。我国于2021年7月1日起将5-MeO-AMT正式列管,但国外多数国家还未管控该物质。本文对5-MeO-AMT的急性毒性进行了分析,并与常见毒品甲基苯丙胺进行了对比,为5-MeO-AMT的滥用防治以及相关研究提供参考。
5-Methoxy-2-methyltryptamine(5-MeO-AMT) is a new type of tryptamine new psychoactive substance, which is seriously abused by "male homosexuals". It would cause strong hallucinogenic and amphetamine-like stimulus effects. China has officially put 5-MEO-AMT under control since July 1 this year, but most foreign countries have not yet regulated this substance. In this paper, the acute toxicity of 5-MEO-AMT was analyzed and compared with methamphetamine, a common drug, so as to provide reference for the abuse prevention and treatment of 5-MeO-AMT and related research.
