药学干预在中药注射剂超说明书用药合理性中的效果

Effect of Pharmaceutical Intervention on Rationality of Off-label Use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections

目的:分析药学干预在中药注射剂超说明书用药合理性中的效果。方法:抽取我院2019年1月-2019年12月使用的8种中药注射剂病历各100份作为对照组,另随机选取2020年1月-2020年12月使用的同样的8种中药注射剂病历各100份作为干预组,比较两组中药注射剂超说明书用药情况及其原因,分析两组不同中药注射剂超说明书用药情况。结果:干预组中药注射剂超说明书用药情况占比为49.88%(399/800),低于对照组的79.38%(635/800),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组超功能主治、超溶媒用药、超给药剂量、超浓度用药情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组超给药疗程、联合用药和超禁忌情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:药学干预有利于减少中药注射剂的超说明书用药问题,促进中药注射剂的合理使用。

Objective: To analyze the effect of pharmaceutical intervention on the rationality of off-label use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), injections. Methods: A total of 100 medical records of 8 TCM injections used in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as control group. Additionally, 100 medical records of 8 same TCM injections from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly selected as intervention group. The off-label use of TCM injections and corresponding causes were compared between the two groups. The off-label use of different TCM injections in the two groups was analyzed. Results: The proportion of off-label use of TCM injections in the intervention group was 49.88%(399/800), which was lower than 79.38%(635/800) in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Among them, the excessive functional indications, solvent use, over-dose and over-concentration in the intervention group was better than that of the control group(P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in course of overdose、combined use and overcontraindication between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Pharmaceutical intervention is helpful to reduce the off-label use of TCM injections and promote the rational use of TCM injections.
