葆宫止血颗粒对药物流产后子宫出血的血流动力学与激素水平的影响

Effect of Baogong Zhixue Granule on Hemodynamics and Hormone Level of Uterine Bleeding after Medical Abortion

目的:探讨葆宫止血颗粒对药物流产后子宫出血的血流动力学与激素水平的影响。方法:将2019年7月-2020年7月在该院治疗的100例药物流产后子宫出血患者随机分为两组。对照组(n=50)采用常规药物头孢克洛分散片治疗,试验组(n=50)在对照组的基础上采用葆宫止血颗粒治疗,观察并分析两组的临床疗效、不良反应、流产情况、用药总时间和停止用药时间、血流动力学情况、凝血指标、治疗前后血清P水平与绒毛膜促性腺激素水平、性激素水平。结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组完全流产发生率与对照组相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组用药总时间、停止用药时间、血流动力学指标、凝血指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组血清P水平与绒毛膜促性腺激素水平、性激素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于药物流产后子宫出血患者采用葆宫止血颗粒治疗,安全性高、疗效显著,可以改善患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective: To explore the effect of Baogong Zhixue Granules on the hemodynamics and hormone levels of uterine bleeding after medical abortion. Methods: Totally 100 patients with uterine bleeding after medical abortion treated in this hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(n = 50) was treated with conventional cefaclor dispersible tablets, and the test group(n = 50) was treated with Baogong Zhixue granules on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, and miscarriage of the two groups were observed and analyzed. Conditions, total time of medication and time of stopping medication, hemodynamics, coagulation indicators, serum P levels before and after treatment, human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) levels, and sex hormone levels. Results: The total effective rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). The incidence of complete abortion in the test group was similar to that in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0. 05). The total time of medication, stop medication, hemodynamic indexes, and coagulation indexes of the test group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). After treatment, serum P levels, chorionic gonadotropin levels, and sex hormone levels in the test group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion: For patients with uterine hemorrhage after medical abortion, the use of Baogong Zhixue Granules has high safety and remarkable curative effect, can improve the quality of life of patients, and is worthy of promotion and application.
