河钢集团唐钢大型型钢产线产品开发及技术创新

Product development and technology innovation in large section steel production line of Tangsteel Company of HBIS Group

针对大型型钢产线工艺布置及设备特点,河钢集团唐钢公司开发了30^(#)特大角钢及热轧U型钢板桩、电极扁钢等系列产品,主要介绍了系列新产品的化学成分及孔型设计;围绕大型型钢产品的特点,介绍了该产线的技术创新,如首台无级可变不等节距双支撑矫直机功能的优化,全液压式步进冷床功能的完善,型钢生产全流程综合管理系统的研发与应用,以及多项智能制造工艺模块的设计等等,并与国内外同类技术进行了对比,产线综合生产效率提高30%,大大降低了生产成本,提高了产品的市场竞争力。

According to the process layout and equipment characteristics of the large section steel production line,the new series products of 30^(#)extra-large angle steel,hot-rolled U-shaped piling bar and electrode flat steel were developed in Tangsteel Company of HBIS Group.The chemical compositions and pass designs of these products were introduced.Focusing on the characteristics of these large-scale products,the technical innovations of this production line were introduced,such as the function optimization of the first stepless variable unequal-pitch double-support straightening machine,the function improvement of the fully hydraulic stepping cooling bed,the R&D and application of the comprehensive management system for the whole section steel production process,as well as the design of a number of intelligent manufacturing process modules,etc.Compared with similar technologies between domestic and abroad,the comprehensive production efficiency of this production line had been increased by 30%,which greatly reduces the production cost and improves product market competitiveness.
