基于STM32单片机的大棚循迹农药喷洒车设计

摘要 传统的大棚农药喷洒方式污染较重,容易中毒。将红外循迹避障系统与STM32单片机相结合,设计自动化程度较高的循迹农药喷洒车有助于实现优化。该喷洒车在传统红外循迹避障车的设计基础上增加了供药、喷药系统,可同时保证喷洒车运行轨迹稳定和农药喷洒高效。农药喷洒车搭载全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)模块和谷歌移动服务(Google MobileService,GMS)模块,实现了喷洒车的远程定位功能,提高了农药喷洒的可靠性和安全性。喷洒车尺寸小、灵活性高、可操作性强,能满足大棚内自动化作业要求。 The traditional method of pesticide spraying in greenhouse is heavy in pollution and easy to be poisoned.Combining the infrared tracking obstacle avoidance system with STM32 microcontroller to design a highly automated pesticide spraying vehicle will help to realize optimization.Based on the design of the traditional infrared tracking obstacle avoidance vehicle,the spraying vehicle added the drug supply and spraying system,which can ensure the stable running track of the spraying vehicle and the high efficiency of pesticide spraying at the same time.The pesticide spraying vehicle is equipped with GPS and GMS module to realize the remote positioning function of the spraying vehicle and improve the reliability and safety of pesticide spraying.The sprayer has the advantages of small size,high flexibility and strong maneuverability,which can meet the requirements of automatic operation in the greenhouse.
