摘要
置换后液过滤性能的好坏,会影响湿法炼锌的大流量生产能力。针对置换后液过滤困难、运输管道结晶严重等问题,在中和过程中加入锌精矿,改善置换后液的过滤性,缓解运输管道的结晶现象。
The filtration performance of the replacement solution will affect the large flow production of zinc hydro metallurgy.In order to solve the problems of difficult filtration and serious crystallization in transportation pipeline after replacement,zinc concentrate was added in neutralization process to improve the filterability of replacement liquid and alleviate the crystallization in transportation pipeline.
