城市内涝灾害的影响及气象服务方法探究

Research on the Influence of Urban Waterlogging Disasters and Meteorological Service Methods

随着现代化建设的快速推进,我国城市基础建设已相对完善,但仍存在很多不足之处。一场暴雨或一段时间持续强降雨,可能使城市内部部分功能处于瘫痪状态,且民众也会因内涝灾害承受不同程度的经济损失。因此,研究降水量超过城市排水能力引发的城市内涝问题,分析灾害影响因素,阐述城市内涝气象服务工作的开展对策,以提升城市内涝灾害防御能力。

With the rapid advancement of modernization,my country's urban infrastructure has been relatively complete,but there are still many shortcomings.A heavy rain or continuous heavy rainfall for a period of time may paralyze part of the city's internal functions,and the people will suffer different degrees of economic losses due to water logging disasters.Corresponding cases are not uncommon in my country.This article will analyze the disaster influencing factors of the urban waterlogging caused by the precipitation exceeding the urban drainage capacity,and give the weather service to deal with the urban waterlogging disasters,so as to improve the city's waterlogging disaster defense capabilities.
