摘要
本文首先介绍了加热不燃烧烟草的概念,然后对加热不燃烧烟草的近10年全球专利进行综合分析,从申请量、申请人、技术分类、地域分布等方面对加热不燃烧烟草的技术竞争主体、技术竞争领域和技术竞争环境等方面进行实证分析,为中国加热不燃烧烟草的技术创新和专利布局提供可行性建议。
This paper firstly to introduce the concept of the heated noncombustible tobacco,then to made a comprehensive analysis of the global patents of the heated noncombustible tobacco in recent 10 years.And the next step is to made an empirical analysis on the subject,field and environment of technology competition of heated noncombustible tobacco from the aspects of the number of applications,applicants,technology classification and geographical distribution.The result provides feasible suggestions for technological innovation and patent layout of the heating non combustion tobacco in China.
