摘要
生鲜农产品需求量大且分散,而供应相对集中,因此构建既经济又高效的配送网络显得十分重要。针对数字经济下生鲜农产品配送成本高和不及时等问题,考虑配送时间长短对农产品新鲜程度产生影响,以及具有时间窗的惩罚成本,提出生鲜农产品运营成本最小化和生鲜度最大化模型,以合理规划生鲜农产品配送网络。通过与不考虑新鲜度和顾客时间窗的因素进行比较,验证模型的可靠性。
The demand for fresh agricultural produce is large and scattered,and the supply is relatively concentrated.Therefore,it is very important to build an economical and efficient distribution network.Facing the problems of high cost and untimely distribution of fresh agricultural produce in the digital economy,and considering the impact of distribution time on the freshness of agricultural produce and the penalty cost with time window,this paper puts forward the operation cost minimization and freshness degree maximization model of fresh agricultural produce,so as to reasonably plan the fresh agricultural produce distribution network.The reliability of the model is verified by comparing with that without considering freshness and customer time window.
