Evaluation of Fire Safety of a Shopping Mall Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

运用层次分析法、模糊综合评价法、专家打分法对某商场的消防安全能力进行分析,从建筑空间结构、日常消防管理、灭火救援设施三个方面建立评价指标体系,将影响消防安全能力的因素分成3层网络,在方案层确定12个因素,并采取层次分析法进行分析,得出各指标的权重,确定了责任制落实情况对消防安全影响最大。采用模糊综合评价法对该商场进行实例评估,较为客观地评估了商场的消防安全能力,为此类场所提升火灾防控能力提供建议和参考。

This paper applies analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,expert scoring method to analyze the fire safety capability of a shopping mall,propose establishing an evaluation index system in terms of building space structure,daily fire management,and fire rescue facilities.The factors affecting fire safety capabilities are divided into a three-layered network.After determining the 12 factors at the plan level,an analysis is made with the method of the analytic hierarchy process to obtain the weight of each index and determine that the implementation of the responsibility system has the greatest impact on fire safety.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate this shopping mall,and the fire safety capability of the shopping mall is evaluated objectively,providing suggestions and references for commercial places to improve the fire prevention and control capability.
