Study on Fire Accident Disposal of Organic Silicon Chemical Enterprises

分析有机硅化工企业的消防安全风险,针对有机硅化工企业火灾爆炸事故易形成流淌火、易发生爆炸、易产生有毒物质、易产生腐蚀性物质、灭火剂选用难度大、作战时间长、战勤保障难度大等处置难点,提出了强化工艺处置、强化火情侦察、优化作战编成、合理选用药剂、强化安全管控、强化战勤保障和强化洗消工作等灭火救援处置建议。

This article analyzes of the fire safety risk of organic silicon chemical enterprises.As flowing fire,explosion,poisonous gases and corrosive substances are likely to occur in organic silicon chemical enterprises accidents,there are such disposal challenges as extinguishing agent selection,long operation time and logistic support.Suggestions for firefighting and rescue disposal are put forward in this article,including strengthening process disposal,strengthening fire reconnaissance,optimizing combat capabilities,selecting relevant agentsrationally,enhancing security control,improving combat logistic support and cleaning and decontamination.
