微创体外循环系统分型及研究现状

Classification and current studies of minimal invasive extracorporeal circulation system

摘要 微创体外循环(minimal invasive extracorporeal circulation,MiECC)在20世纪90年代末提出,目的是尽可能减轻CPB技术的各种不良并发症。文章综述了近些年MiECC技术的发展和在不同种类心外科手术中的研究现状。目前已有诸多研究证明此技术可以减轻CPB对凝血功能的影响,减少术中失血与出血,降低机体炎性介质的释放,实现多重器官保护,改善预后,减少住院时间,降低病死率。但是在不同种类手术中,MiECC的研究结果不尽相同。 Minimal invasive extracorporeal circulation(MiECC)was proposed in the 1990s to reduce various types of adverse complications caused by cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB)as much as possible.This paper reviews the development of MiECC and cur⁃rent studies in different types of cardiac surgeries.At present,plenty of studies can prove the MiECC system is able to preserve coagula⁃tion system,reduce blood loss and control the release of inflammatory factors,and helpful in protecting multiple organs to improve prog⁃nosis,shorten the length of hospitalization stay and reduce the postoperative mortality.However,the MiECC system shows different out⁃comes in different types of surgeries.
