微型钛板内固定对足部骨折的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Micro Titanium Plate Internal Fixation on Foot Fractures

目的研究微型钛板内固定对足部骨折的临床疗效。方法选取该院2019年1月—2020年6月收治的120例足部骨折患者作为研究对象,根据患者的不同手术方式将其分为研究组与对照组,每组60例。对照组采用的是经钢丝内固定,研究组采用的是微型钛板内固定,对比两组临床疗效、手术指标、并发症发生率、疼痛评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.227,P=0.040);研究组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、切口长度、骨折愈合时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.986、22.451、4.472、7.859、3.385,P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率(6.67%)低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.615,P=0.032);治疗前两组VAS评分差异无统计学意义(t=0.513,P=0.609),治疗后研究组VAS评分(2.34±1.05)分,低于对照组(4.01±1.22)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.036,P<0.05)。结论足部骨折患者应用微型钛板内固定手术治疗效果比较好,可明显提高治疗效果,缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,更利于术后骨折愈合时间,并且术后并发症的发生率比较低,可有效缓解患者的疼痛程度。

Objective To study the clinical effect of micro titanium plate internal fixation on foot fractures.Methods A total of 120 foot fracture patients admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the different surgical methods of the patients,they were divided into a study group and a control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group used steel wire internal fixation,and the study group used mini-titanium plate internal fixation.The clinical efficacy,surgical indicators,complication rate,and pain score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(83.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.227,P=0.040);the amount of blood loss,operation time,hospital stay,incision length,and fracture healing time in the study group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.986,22.451,4.472,7.859,3.385,P<0.05);the complication rate of the study group(6.67%)was lower than that of the control group(20.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.615,P=0.032);the two groups before treatment had no difference in VAS score,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.513,P=0.609).After treatment,the VAS score of the study group was(2.34±1.05)points,which was lower than the control group(4.01±1.22)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.036,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of micro titanium plate internal fixation for foot fracture patients is better,which can significantly improve the treatment effect,shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,and is more conducive to the healing time of the postoperative fracture,and the incidence of postoperative complications is lower,which can effectively relieve the pain of patients.
