冠心病心绞痛患者采用盾叶冠心宁治疗的效果及对降低血脂的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Dunye Guanxinning on Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris and Its Effect on Lowering Blood Lipids

目的探究为冠心病心绞痛患者应用盾叶冠心宁治疗的临床效果,以及对降低血脂作用的分析。方法选入该院于2019年8月—2020年8月期间进行冠心病心绞痛治疗的患者80例,以中心原则的形式将其分为参照组和研究组,每组40例。参照组实施常规西药治疗,研究组在其基础上实施盾叶冠心宁治疗,对比两组患者各项症状指标、住院时长、治疗前后的血脂指标变化、治疗效果。结果研究组患者的心绞痛发作数、症状消退、住院时长优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血脂指标均有所改善,研究组血脂指标的改善效果优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);参照组中总有效的有29例(72.50%),研究组总有效的有39例(97.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.804,P=0.002)。结论盾叶冠心宁的应用,有助于减少患者心绞痛发作数,促进症状的快速改善,同时降低血脂指标,减少不良症状的发生,提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Dunye Guanxinning for patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,and to analyze the effect on reducing blood lipids.Methods Eighty patients who were enrolled in the hospital for coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treatment from August 2019 to August 2020 were divided into a reference group and a study group in the form of central principles,with 40 cases respectively.The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Dunye Guanxinning on the basis of it.The symptoms of the two groups were compared with the length of hospitalization,changes in blood lipids before and after treatment,and treatment effects.Results The number of angina pectoris,symptom resolution,and length of stay in the study group were better than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the blood lipid indexes of the two groups of patient have improved,and the improvement effect of blood lipid indexes in the study group was better than that of the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);29 cases(72.50%)were effective in the reference group and 39 cases(97.50%)were effective in the study group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.804,P=0.002).Conclusion The application of Dunye Guanxinning can help reduce the number of angina pectoris,promote the rapid improvement of symptoms,reduce blood lipids,reduce the occurrence of adverse symptoms,and improve the treatment effect.
