自体骨与椎间融合器植骨融合治疗腰椎间盘突出并腰椎失稳的疗效

The Effect of Autogenous Bone and Intervertebral Fusion Cage Bone Graft Fusion in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation and Lumbar Instability

目的分析腰椎间盘突出并腰椎失稳的临床治疗中自体骨与椎间融合器植骨融合治疗的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月—2019年4月该院治疗腰椎间盘突出并腰椎失稳患者50例,并以奇偶数法平均分为两组,研究组患者用椎间融合器植骨融合治疗,参照组使用自体骨环形植骨,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组患者术后3个月的融合优良率(72.00%)与术后1个月的JOA评分为(23.24±2.57)分,均显著优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.195,P=0.023,t=2.896,P=0.006)。结论椎间融合器植骨能够更快速的促进腰椎间盘突出并腰椎失稳患者的植骨融合,相对于自体骨环形植骨更有利于患者腰椎功能的恢复,具有显著的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of autogenous bone and intervertebral fusion cage in the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation and lumbar instability.Methods Taking the period from March 2017 to April 2019 as the study sample selection time period,50 patients with lumbar disc herniation and lumbar instability in the hospital were selected and divided into two groups by the odd and even number method.The patients in the study group used intervertebral in the treatment of fusion cage bone graft fusion,the reference group used autogenous bone ring bone graft,and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The excellent and good rate of fusion in the study group at 3 months after surgery(72.00%)and the JOA score at 1 month after surgery were(23.24±2.57)points,which were significantly better than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.195,P=0.023,t=2.896,P=0.006).Conclusion Intervertebral fusion cage bone graft can more quickly promote the bone graft fusion in patients with lumbar disc herniation and lumbar instability.Compared with autogenous bone ring bone graft,it is more conducive to the recovery of lumbar spine function and has significant clinical application value.
