根管封闭剂iRoot SP根尖封闭性能的体外研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨根管封闭剂iRoot SP根尖封闭性能差异。方法选2018年1月—2020年1月口腔科拔除的100颗单根管牙进行研究,将预备好的样本牙平均随机分为4组,采用Protaper镍钛机(crow down法)将根管预备至F2,而后使用不同填充方法、不同根管封闭剂对根管进行填充。A组(n=25,采用热牙胶+AH-Plus根管封闭剂垂直加压)、B组(n=25,采用热牙胶+iRoot SP根管封闭剂垂直加压)、C组(n=25,采用单尖法+iRoot SP根管封闭)、D组(空白对照组),填充后选用染料渗入法、透明牙法处理标本,对比渗入根管长度。结果A组渗入根管长度(0.81±0.26)mm低于D组(11.31±0.42)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=106.283,P<0.05)。B组渗入根管长度(0.74±0.25)mm低于D组(11.31±0.42)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=108.127,P<0.05)。C组渗入根管长度(0.96±0.12)mm低于D组(11.31±0.42)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=118.473,P<0.05)。A组、B组、C组渗入根管长度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论根管封闭剂iRoot SP在根尖封闭中性能与AH-Plus相似,且单尖法填充可达到与垂直加压填充接近的效果,值得借鉴。 Objective To explore the difference of root canal sealant iRoot SP's apical sealing performance.Methods Selected from January 2018 to January 2020 to extract 100 single-rooted teeth from the dental department to research.The prepared sample teeth were randomly and equall divided into 4 groups,and the Protaper nickel-titanium machine(crow down method)was used to divide the prepared teeth into 4 groups.The root canal was prepared to F2,and then the root canal was filled with different filling methods and different root canal sealants.Group A(n=25,using hot gutta-percha+AH-Plus root canal sealant vertical compression),group B(n=25,using hot gutta-percha+iRoot SP root canal sealer vertical compression),group C(n=25,single tip method+iRoot SP root canal sealing),group D(blank control group),dye infiltration method and transparent tooth method were used to treat specimens after filling,and the length of the infiltrated root canal was compared.Results The length of the infiltrated root canal in group A(0.81±0.26)mm was lower than that in group D(11.31±0.42)mm,the difference was statistically significant(t=106.283,P<0.05).The length of the infiltrated root canal in group B(0.74±0.25)mm was lower than that in group D(11.31±0.42)mm,and the difference was statistically significant(t=108.127,P<0.05).The length of the infiltrated root canal in group C(0.96±0.12)mm was lower than that in group D(11.31±0.42)mm,and the difference was statistically significant(t=118.473,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the length of infiltrated root canals in group A,group B,and group C.Conclusion The performance of root canal sealer iRoot SP is similar to AH-Plus in root apex sealing,and the single tip filling can achieve the effect close to the vertical pressure filling,which is worth learning.
