切开复位内固定术用于治疗踝关节骨折患者的临床价值分析

Analysis of the Clinical Value of Open Reduction and Internal Fixation for the Treatment of Ankle Fracture Patients

目的探究踝关节骨折患者治疗中,切开复位内固定术的临床疗效。方法2018年3月—2020年1月期间收治踝关节骨折患者数名,其中118例患者自愿参与该研究,平均分两组,分别实施常规治疗与切开复位内固定术治疗,比较两组治疗结局。结果对照组踝关节骨折患者行走评分(14.37±1.25)分、跑步评分(15.15±1.14)分、疼痛评分(14.51±1.03)分、工作能力(16.32±1.58)分、踝关节稳定性评分(14.37±1.38)分;观察组踝关节骨折患者行走评分(18.50±1.32)分、跑步评分(19.22±0.65)分、疼痛评分(18.36±1.25)分、工作能力(19.56±1.57)分、踝关节稳定性评分(18.32±1.57)分;观察组踝关节骨折患者行走评分、跑步评分、疼痛评分、工作能力、踝关节稳定性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=17.450、23.823、18.258、11.173、14.515,P<0.05);对照组、观察组优良率分别为72.88%、96.61%,观察组优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.849,P<0.05)。观察组踝关节骨折患者骨折愈合时间(46.12±3.11)d、住院天数(11.69±4.13)d、关节功能恢复时间(50.55±6.65)周均短于对照组(58.29±3.49)d、(17.81±5.35)d以及(64.25±8.25)周,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在踝关节骨折患者治疗中,采用切开复位内固定术,能快速改善其踝关节功能,加快关节愈合。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of open reduction and internal fixation in the treatment of ankle fracture patients.Methods A number of patients with ankle fractures were admitted from March 2018 to January 2020.Among them,118 patients voluntarily participated in the study.They were divided into two groups evenly.The two groups were treated with conventional treatment and open reduction and internal fixation respectively.The two groups were compared of the treatment outcome.Results In the control group,patients with ankle fractures had walking score(14.37±1.25)points,running score(15.15±1.14)points,pain score(14.51±1.03)points,work ability(16.32±1.58)points,ankle stability score(14.37±1.38)points;the observation group ankle fracture patients walking score(18.50±1.32)points,running score(19.22±0.65)points,pain score(18.36±1.25)points,working ability(19.56±1.57)points,ankle joint stability score(18.32±1.57)points;the walking score,running score,pain score,work ability,and ankle joint stability scores of patients with ankle joint fractures in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=17.450,23.823,18.258,11.173,14.515,P<0.05);The excellent and good rates of the control group and the observation group were 72.88%and 96.61%,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.849,P<0.05).The fracture healing time(46.12±3.11)d,hospitalization days(11.69±4.13)d,and joint function recovery time(50.55±6.65)weeks of ankle fracture patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(58.29±3.49)d and(17.81±5.35)d and(64.25±8.25)weeks,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with ankle joint fractures,open reduction and internal fixation can quickly improve their ankle joint function and accelerate joint healing.
