帕利哌酮缓释片治疗精神病临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Paliperidone Sustained-release Tablets in the Treatment of Psychosis

目的分析精神病特点,评价帕利哌酮缓释片治疗的安全性、有效性,为精神病治疗工作提供参考。方法选择该院2019年3月—2020年1月期间的精神病患者,经医院伦理委员会批准,总计80例。结合用药治疗方法进行随机法分组,对照组患者采取阿立哌唑治疗,观察组患者采取帕利哌酮缓释片治疗,每组40例患者。比较两组精神病患者的治疗情况,包括治疗效果、不良反应、精神症状改善情况采取阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评估、社会功能改善情况采取社会功能量表(PSP)评估。结果治疗后,组间临床总有效率比较,观察组总有效率(87.50%)与对照组(85.00%)接近,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.105,P=0.745);治疗后组间用药期间嗜睡、视力模糊等不良反应发生情况比较,观察组总发生率(7.50%)低于对照组(25.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.500,P=0.033);治疗后PANSS、PSP评分较治疗前改善,观察组患者PANSS、PSP评分改善幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.119、4.590,P<0.001)。结论精神病近年来一直呈临床多发趋势,精神病治疗药物种类较多,其中,阿立哌唑、帕利哌酮缓释片治疗疗效接近。但是,就患者治疗安全性、精神症状改善情况比较,帕利哌酮缓释片治疗更具优势。

Objective To analyze the characteristics of psychosis,evaluate the safety and effectiveness of paliperidone sustained-release tablets,and to provide a reference for the treatment of psychosis.Methods Selected psychiatric patients in the hospital from March 2019 to January 2020,approved by the hospital ethics committee,a total of 80 cases.Combined with medication and treatment methods,randomized grouping was carried out.The patients in the control group were treated with aripiprazole and the patients in the observation group were treated with paliperidone sustained-release tablets.There were 40 patients in each group.The treatment status of the two groups of patients with psychosis was compared,including the treatment effect,adverse reactions,improvement of mental symptoms assessed by the positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS),and improvement of social function assessed by the social function scale(PSP).Results After treatment,the clinical total effective rate between the groups was compared.The total effective rate(87.50%)in the observation group was close to the control group(85.00%),the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.105,P=0.745);adverse reactions such as lethargy and blurred vision occurred during the treatment between the groups comparing the situation,the total incidence of 7.50%in the observation group was lower than 25.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.500,P=0.033);PANSS and PSP scores improved after treatment compared with those before treatment,the PANSS and PSP scores of the observation group improved more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.119,4.590,P<0.001).Conclusion Psychiatric disease has been showing a trend of multiple clinical occurrences in recent years,and there are many types of psychiatric treatment drugs.Among them,aripiprazole and paliperidone sustained-release tablets have similar therapeutic effects.However,in terms of patient treatment safety and improvement of mental symptoms,paliperidone sustained-release tablets have more advantages and have the value of promotion and implementation.
