石墨烯改性纤维在水刺非织造布的应用现状与趋势

Application Status and Trend of Graphene Modified Fiber in Spunlaced Nonwovens

文章简述了石墨烯材料的优点,分别对石墨烯改性粘胶纤维、石墨烯改性锦纶、石墨烯改性涤纶、石墨烯改性腈纶、石墨烯改性聚乙烯醇纤维的研发现状及功能特点进行了总结,并对石墨烯改性纤维在水刺非织造布的应用进行了阐述,指出拓展应用领域和降低生产成本是提高石墨烯改性纤维水刺非织造布市场认可度和经济效益的有效手段。

This paper briefly described the advantages of graphene materials,summarized the R&D status and functional characteristics of graphene modified viscose fiber,graphene modified nylon,graphene modified polyester,graphene modified acrylic fiber and graphene modified polyvinyl alcohol fiber,and expounded applications of graphene modified fibers in spunlaced nonwovens.It pointed out that expanding the application field and reducing the production cost were effective means to improve the market recognition and economic benefits of graphene modified fiber spunlaced nonwovens.
