2020年黑龙江省学校传染病与常见病防控随机监督抽检结果分析

Analysis of random supervision sampling test results of epidemic disease and common disease prevention and control in schools in Heilongjiang Province in 2020

目的通过对2020年黑龙江省学校传染病与常见病防控随机监督抽检结果进行分析,了解黑龙江省学校传染病与常见病现状,为学校传染病与常见病防控、监督工作提供科学依据。方法通过监测系统收集黑龙江省13个市(地)上报的学校传染病与常见病防控随机监督抽检结果信息,采用流行病学研究方法进行分析。结果随机监督检查的585所学校中,"一案八制"、晨检记录、因病缺勤病因追查与登记、新生入学接种查验登记记录、学生健康体检档案、每年实施一次学生健康体检等内容全部符合要求的学校有545所,合格率为93.16%。结论针对学校传染病与常见病的发生、流行特点,督促学生和学校采取积极有效的预防措施,可以避免疫情大规模的流行。

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of infectious diseases and common diseases in schools in Heilongjiang Province and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control and supervision of infectious diseases and common diseases in schools by analyzing the results of random supervision and sampling inspection for the prevention and control infectious diseases and common diseases in schools in 2020.Methods Through the monitoring system,the results of random supervision and sampling inspection of infectious diseases and common diseases in schools reported by 13 cities in Heilongjiang Province were collected and analyzed by epidemiological methods.Results In supervision and inspection of 585 schools,545 schools meet the requirements of seven projects,including"One Case Eight Systems",morning check,cause tracking and registration record,vaccination inspection registration record of the freshmen,student health check-up files and health checkup every year.The qualification rate is 93.16%.Conclusion Aiming at the occurrence and prevalence of infectious and common diseases in schools,supervision of students and schools adopting positive and effective prevention and control measures can avoid the large-scale epidemic.
