2019—2020年都江堰市法定报告传染病疫情对比分析 被引量:5

Comparative analysis of statutory reporting of epidemics of infectious diseases from 2019 and 2020 in Dujiangyan City

摘要 目的对比分析2019—2020年都江堰市传染病疫情资料,掌握新冠肺炎疫情下传染病的防控重点,保护人群健康。方法收集两年间有关传染病报告数据,采用描述性流行病学方法对数据进行整理分析。结果乙类、丙类传染病报告病例分别涉及12种、7种疾病。2019年乙类传染病共有1 226例,2020年共有1 121例,发病率分别为174.44/10万和159.50/10万。2019年丙类传染病共有3 639例,2020年共有1 076例,发病率急剧下降,分别为517.79/10万和153.10/10万。乙类传染病感染人群主要为农民、家务及待业人员、离退休人员。丙类传染病报告病例主要集中于散居儿童、幼托儿童和学生。新冠肺炎疫情下其他呼吸道传染病病例呈下降趋势,丙类传染病环比下降70.43%。结论艾滋病、HIV感染和肺结核是本地区人群传染病最重要死因。艾滋病、梅毒、肝炎和肺结核是危害本地区人群健康的重点传染病。新冠疫情防控大大降低了本地区其他传染病疫情的发生。 Objective To comparatively analyze the epidemic data of infectious diseases under COVID-19 epidemic in Dujiangyan City and identify the key points of their prevention and control for protecting the health of the population.Methods The infectious disease reports and data in two years were collected and analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.Results The reported cases of infectious diseases in Dujiangyan City in 2019 and 2020 involved 12 kinds of class B infectious diseases and 7 kinds of class Cinfectious diseases.There were 1226 cases of class B in 2019 and1121 cases in 2020 with the incidence rates of 174.44/100000 and 159.50/100000 respectively.There were 3639 reported cases of class Cinfectious diseases in 2019 and 1076 cases in 2020 with the incidence rates of 517.79/100000 and 153.10/100000 respectively,and the incidence rates dropped very significantly.Class B infectious diseases mainly affected farmers,houseworkers,unemployed and retired people.The cases of Class Cinfectious diseases mainly were from scattered children,kindergarten children and students.The other respiratory infectious diseases was released and the class Cinfectious diseases decreased by 70.43%under COVID-19 epidemic.Conclusion AIDS,HIV infection and pulmonary tuberculosis are the most important death causes of infectious diseases.AIDS,syphilis,hepatitis and pulmonary tuberculosis are the key diseases that endanger the population in this area.The prevention and control of COVID-19 greatly reduces the incidence of other infectious diseases in the region.
