摘要
当前旅游区发展的不确定因素迅速增加,对其进行准确的性质定位具有重要意义。本文结合规划案例及相关理论研究成果提出了"旅游区性质"的概念,并就概念体系的相关内容进行阐述。旅游区性质指在一定地区、国家以至更大范围旅游网路中旅游区所处的地位和所担负的主要职能。性质界定主要依据相关法规文件、政府政策及相关规划、区域地方性及市场消费特征、利益相关方的政治经济诉求、旅游规划设计及开发建设能力等方面进行分析。
The uncertainty of tourism development increases rapidly under the current economic environment,so it is significant to define the nature of tourism areas.Under the planning cases and theoretical research papers,the thesis puts forward the concept of the tourist areas’properties,and elaborates the content of the conceptual system.The nature of tourism areas refers to the position and main functions under areas,the nation and even the wider travel network.Defining the nature is mainly on the basis of relevant regulations,government policies and related planning,regional and market consumption characteristics,stakeholders’political and economic demands,tourism planning and design,development and construction ability and so on.
