在全球经济不断发展的背景下,企业为寻求更大的发展空间,需要执行更有效的公司管理方式。中西方企业领导在领导力方面存在较大差异。本文将从狼性领导力和羊性领导力对比的视角出发,发现狼性领导力和羊性领导力在领导目标、行为和效果方面都存在较大的差异。对于企业发展产生的影响存在较大的不同,但两种领导方式并不是简单对立的,将两种领导方式的积极部分同时作用于企业管理中,将对企业的发展带来积极影响。

Under the background of the continuous development of global economy,enterprises need to implement more effective corporate management in order to seek greater development room.There are great differences in leadership between Chinese and western enterprise leaders.From the perspective of the comparison between wolf leadership and sheep leadership,this paper finds that there are great differences in leadership goals,behaviors and effects between wolf leadership and sheep leadership,and there are great differences in the impact on enterprise development.However,the two leadership styles are not simply antagonistic,and the two leadership styles are different.At the same time,the positive part of leadership plays a positive role in enterprise management,which will have a positive impact on the development of enterprises.
