摘要
高职毕业生就业问题一直受到社会的广泛关注。疫情防控下企业招聘计划缩减、招聘模式发生转变,高职毕业生的观望情绪有所上涨。高职院校努力提升毕业生就业率的措施包括:引导学生做好职业规划,推进就业指导工作;加强校企合作,实现共赢;借助信息技术,提升毕业生就业率;关注学生心理健康,缓解就业焦虑;掌握就业动态,实行精准帮扶等。
The employment issue of higher vocational graduates has been widely concerned by the society.Under the pandemic prevention and control,corporate recruitment plans have shrunk,recruitment models have changed,and the waitand-see sentiment of higher vocational graduates has increased.The measures taken by higher vocational colleges to increase the employment rate of graduates include guiding students to make career planning and promoting employment guidance,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation to achieve a win-win situation,using information technology to increase the employment rate of graduates,paying attention to the mental health of students,relieving employment anxiety,grasping employment dynamics and implementing targeted assistance.
