摘要
运行维护作为智慧园区的终极目标,需要在建筑的最开始设计阶段考虑。通过介绍建筑运维所面临的难点,分析了智慧运维的建设目标,提出了面向运维的智慧园区综合管控平台的设计要点,并探讨了其设计难点。
Operation and maintenance,as the ultimate goal of the smart park,should be considered in the initial design stage of the building.By introducing the difficulties of building operation and maintenance,the construction objectives of intelligent operation and maintenance are analyzed.The key design points of the smart park comprehensive management and control platform for operation and maintenance are put forward.The design difficulties are also discussed.
