郑州市三甲医院护士长科研能力与职业认同相关性分析

Correlation Between Scientific Research Ability and Professional Identity of Head Nurses in the GradeⅢ-A Hospitals in Zhengzhou

目的调查郑州市三甲医院护士长科研能力及职业认同现状,分析两者的相关性,为提高护理人员科研水平及职业认同感提供参考。方法采用方便抽样法,利用一般资料表、护士科研能力评价表及护士职业认同评价表对选取的郑州市4所三甲医院236名护士长进行问卷调查。结果护士长科研能力评价总分为48.00(38.00,60.00)分,职业认同总分为115.50(96.25,128.75)分,科研能力总分与职业认同总分呈正相关(r=0.276,P<0.001)。结论郑州市护士长科研能力与职业认同处于中等水平,科研水平对职业认同感具有正向影响,医院应注重护士科研能力的培养,从而提高其职业认同感。

Objective To investigate the status quo of scientific research ability and professional identity of head nurses of the GradeⅢ-A Hospitals in Zhengzhou,analyze the correlation between the above two,and provide references for improving the scientific research level and professional identity of nurses.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 236 head nurses from 4 GradeⅢ-A Hospitals in Zhengzhou as the research subjects.Use the general data sheet,the nurse’s scientific research ability evaluation table and the nurse’s professional identity evaluation table to conduct a questionnaire survey.Results The total score of scientific research ability of the head nurse was 48.00(38.00,60.00)points,and the total score of professional identity was 115.50(96.25,128.75)points.The total score of scientific research ability was positively correlated with the total score of professional identity(r=0.276,P<0.001).Conclusions The scientific research ability and professional identity of head nurses in Zhengzhou are at an intermediate level.The scientific research level has a positive impact on professional identity.Hospital managers should pay attention to the cultivation of nurses’scientific research ability to improve their professional identity.
