复杂性肝胆管结石患者术后心理弹性与社会支持水平的相关性

Correlation Between Psychological Resilience and Social Support in Patients After Operation of Complicated Hepatolithiasis

目的分析复杂性肝胆管结石患者术后心理弹性与社会支持水平的相关性。方法以2020年2月至2021年1月于郑州市第一人民医院接受手术治疗的103例复杂性肝胆管结石患者为研究对象。通过心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)评定其术后心理弹性、社会支持水平。分析CD-RISC、SSRS评分现况及二者相关性。结果复杂性肝胆管结石患者术后CD-RISC量表中乐观、力量、坚韧评分及总分较国内常模低(P<0.05),SSRS量表中支持利用度、主观支持、客观支持评分及总分较国内常模低(P<0.05)。SSRS量表总分及支持利用度、主观支持、客观支持评分与CD-RISC量表总分及乐观、力量、坚韧评分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论复杂性肝胆管结石患者术后心理弹性水平、社会支持水平偏低,二者呈正相关。临床护理中需注意客观评价患者社会支持体系,给予其一定的物质、精神支持,帮助其拓展朋友圈,建立良好社会支持系统,以提高心理弹性水平,促进术后恢复。

Objective To analyze the correlation between psychological resilience and social support in patients after operation of complicated hepatolithiasis.Methods A total of 103 patients with complicated hepatolithiasis who underwent surgical treatment at the First People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from February 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.The psychological resilience and social support level were assessed by Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)and the social support rating scale(SSRS).The correlation between CD-RISC and SSRS scores was analyzed.Results The scores of optimism,strength,toughness and total scores on the CD-RISC scale for patients with complex hepatolithiasis were lower than the domestic norms(P<0.05).The support utilization,subjective support,objective support score and total score in the SSRS scale were lower than the domestic norm(P<0.05).The total score of SSRS scale and support utilization,subjective support and objective support score were positively correlated with the total score of CD-RISC scale and the scores of optimism,strength and toughness(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological elasticity and social support level of patients with complex hepatolithiasis are low,and there is a positive correlation between the two.In clinical work,nurses should pay attention to objectively evaluating the social support system of patients,giving them certain material and spiritual support,helping them expand their circle of friends and establish a good social support system,so as to improve the level of psychological flexibility and promote postoperative recovery.
