摘要
目的分析桐柏县高中生艾滋病防治健康教育的效果,为消除校园艾滋病提供参考。方法采用整群抽样法抽取全县3所高中高一和高二学生共774人,开展艾滋病健康教育,比较培训前后问卷调查结果。结果桐柏县高中生艾滋病防治知识知晓率较低,对艾滋病感染者持不理解和歧视态度。经过健康教育,学生艾滋病防治知识知晓率较前提高(P<0.05),对艾滋病感染者的态度较前改善(P<0.01)。结论校园内艾滋病防治知识健康教育活动有助于提高中学生艾滋病知识知晓率,增加其对艾滋病感染者的理解、关爱。
Objective To analyze the effects of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)health education for senior high school students in Tongbai County,and to provide references for eliminating AIDS in schools.Methods Cluster sampling method was used to select a total of 774 students in grades 1 and 2 from 3 high schools in the county to carry out AIDS health education.Compare the results of the questionnaire before and after the training.Results The high school students in Tongbai County had a low awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control,and they had incomprehensible and discriminatory attitude towards people living with AIDS.After health education,the awareness rate of AIDS prevention knowledge among students increased(P<0.05),and their attitudes towards AIDS patients improved(P<0.01).Conclusion The AIDS prevention and health education activities on campus help to increase the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among middle school students,and promote their understanding and care for people living with AIDS.
