在企业安全生产文化建设中,应急文化建设是非常关键的一个组成部分,属于企业建构“三化”同步引领安全生产工作的重要抓手。企业开展安全生产应急文化建设,以文化作为向导、指引、动力,可以培养员工良好的安全行为习惯,引导员工规范安全行为,提高应急处理的综合能力。为此,本文分析了企业安全生产应急文化建设主要方面、过程管理、应急验收及实践启示等,旨在保障企业的稳定和健康发展。

In the construction of enterprise safety production culture,the construction of emergency culture is a very key component,which is an important starting point for enterprises to build"three modernizations"and lead safety production work synchronously.Enterprises carry out the construction of safety production emergency culture.Taking culture as the guide,guidance and driving force can cultivate employees'good safety behavior habits,guide employees to standardize safety behavior and improve their comprehensive ability of emergency treatment.Therefore,this paper analyzes the main aspects of enterprise safety production emergency culture construction,process management,emergency acceptance and practical enlightenment,in order to ensure the stable and healthy development of enterprises.
