水热法合成异极矿的研究

摘要 本文以偏硅酸锌和蒸馏水为原料,采用水热合成法制备异极矿,考察了水热反应温度、反应时间等因素对异极矿合成的影响,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对合成产物进行表征。结果表明:在水热反应温度为493K,反应时间为180min,搅拌转速为600rpm,釜内压力为1.0MPa,液固比为12mL/g的条件下,得到了纯异极矿。 In this paper,hemimorphite were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis with zinc metasilicate and distilled water as raw materials.The effects of hydrothermal reaction temperature and reaction time on the synthesis of hemimorphite were investigated.The synthetic products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that pure hemimorphite is obtained under the conditions of hydrothermal reaction temperature of 493k,reaction time of 180min,stirring speed of 600rpm,pressure in the kettle of 1.0MPa and liquid-solid ratio of 12ml g.
