黔东南州康体休闲旅游业的创新发展路径研究

Research on the Innovative Development Path of Recreational Tourism in Qiandongnan Prefecture of Guizhou

在国家大力推进全民健身计划、实施全域旅游和促进乡村振兴战略等发展规划背景下,有效利用地方丰富的自然资源和人文景观,强化康体休闲文化旅游产业的创新发展已成为近年来学界的关注热点。贵州省黔东南州是国家级重点旅游区域,其康体休闲旅游业的兴起已成为当地经济发展和结构调整的重要途径。综合采用文献分析、实地调研和专家访谈等研究方法,在梳理总结黔东南州康体休闲旅游业的发展现状后,得出结论:(1)黔东南州独有的原生民族文化、原始自然生态以及原貌历史遗存等资源成为康体休闲旅游发展的核心要素;(2)黔东南州当地丰富的康体休闲旅游产品主要包括民族传统体育及民俗节庆类、山地竞赛类、农业农耕类、森林探险类以及水上娱乐类等五大类康体休闲旅游资源;(3)黔东南州康体休闲旅游发展存在资金投入匮乏、基础服务设施不完善、技术人才缺乏、运营管理出现脱节、创新思路错位和统筹规划不合理等问题,并针对以上问题提出若干创新黔东南州康体休闲旅游业发展的路径建议。研究结果可以为我国其他类似地区促进康体休闲文化旅游产业的振兴与发展提供可借鉴模式。

Under the background of National Fitness,the regional tourism development and the rural revitalization strategy,it has been the academic focus in recent years to promote the innovative development of health,sports,leisure and cultural tourism industries by making effective use of the abundant natural resources and cultural landscape in local areas.Qiandongnan Prefecture of Guizhou Province is a national key tourism area,and its leisure tourism has been an important way to make the local economic development and structural adjustment.By using the research methods such as literature analysis,field survey and expert interview,the following conclusions are made according to the development summary of sports leisure tourism industry under the present situation in Qiandongnan Prefecture:(1)the raw native culture,the original natural ecology and the original historical heritage resources have been the core material to develop the sports leisure tourism;(2)the abundant recreational tourism products in Qiandongnan Prefecture mainly include the types of National traditional sports and folk festivals,mountain competitions,agricultural farming,forest exploration and water recreation.(3)there are problems in the development of leisure tourism in Qiandongnan Prefecture,such as the lack of capital investment,imperfect of basic service facilities,insufficient technical talents,disjointed operation and management,dislocation of innovative ideas and unreasonable overall planning.In response to these problems,some suggestions have been proposed to develop the leisure tourism industry.The research results can provide a reference model for promoting the revitalization and development of the leisure culture tourism industry in other similar areas of China.
