摘要
以新时代“体教融合”重要论述为指导,运用文献资料、对比分析、逻辑分析等方法,对中英两国运动员各阶段综合教育观念、体教两系统共管情况、综合教育保障制度、经济供给、分级助学机制等方面进行比较研究。认为:落实我国运动员综合教育需要依托地方公办中小学和大学;整合体教两系统资源,协同完成运动员各阶段综合教育目标;以运动员接受综合教育为出发点去处理系统间的嫌隙,摒弃系统间的相互干扰;适时运用政府职能寻求社会资助,鼓励企事业单位、社会团体与学校开展合作,建立各阶段运动员综合教育专项基金。
Guided by the important exposition of“integration of sports and education”in the new era,using the methods of literature,comparative analysis and logical analysis,this paper makes a comparative study on the concept of comprehensive education,the co-management of sports and education systems,the comprehensive education guarantee system,the economic supply,and the graded aid mechanism of Chinese and British athletes at different stages.The research suggests that:the implementation of comprehensive education for athletes in China needs to rely on local public schools and universities;integrating the resources of sports and education systems and cooperate to complete the comprehensive education goals of athletes at all stages;taking athletes’comprehensive education as the starting point to deal with the gap between systems and abandon the mutual interference between systems;using government functions to seek social assistance in a timely manner,encourage enterprises and institutions,social organizations to cooperate with schools,and establish special funds for athletes’comprehensive education at various stages.
