山西省国民体质监测数据平台的实现

The Realization of National Constitution Monitoring Data Platform in Shanxi Province

体质健康和科学健身是“健康中国”重要组成部分。山西省国民体质监测虽然积累了一定的数据,但由于之前数据存储条件限制以及其他原因,部分数据已丢失,严重影响数据的再利用,不利于我省的政策制订。为指导实施山西省全民健身计划、了解山西省的国民体质状况,建立便捷、高效、精准的山西省国民体质监测数据平台。运用Mysql数据库技术,建立国民体质监测数据平台,实现对国民体质监测数据的存储、分析。提高数据使用效率,完整保存现有数据,为即将完成的2020年国民体质监测数据预留储存平台。国民体质监测数据平台根据数据库需求和管理员需求分析,实现了登录界面、查询界面、数据统计界面三部分内容。系统设置超级用户和普通用户,两类用户均需要根据后台设置的账号、密码登录。查询条件分为测试人群组(幼儿组、成年甲组、成年乙组、老年组);测试人群分类(性别、年龄、地市、城乡种类);测试指标包括历年国民体质监测的所有指标和一系列的派生指标;测试年份分类(2005年,2010年,2014年,2020年),其中2020年测试未结束,结果未录入;测试的年龄段分类(1岁,5岁),3-6岁幼儿为1岁一个年龄段,成年人和老年人为5岁一个年领段,2020年老年组新增70-79岁阶段。数据统计部分可查看源数据及生成相应的图表。结果表明本研究设计的国民体质监测数据平台能够达到预期,能可靠和稳定地提供数据服务,并且有较高的可扩展性。

Physical health and scientific fitness are important parts of“healthy China”.Although some data have been accumulated in national constitution monitoring in Shanxi Province,some data have been lost due to the limitation of data storage conditions and other reasons,which seriously affects the reuse of data and is not conducive to the policy making of our province.In order to guide the implementation of the national fitness program of Shanxi Province,to understand the national constitution of Shanxi Province,a convenient,efficient and accurate national fitness monitoring data platform is established.Using MySQL database technology,the national constitution monitoring data platform is established to store and analyze the national constitution monitoring data,improve the efficiency of data use,fully save the existing data,and reserve storage platform for the upcoming 2020 national physique monitoring data.According to the analysis of database and administrator requirements,the national constitution monitoring data platform realizes three parts:login interface,query interface and data statistics interface.The system sets up super user and ordinary user.Both users need to login according to the account and password set in the background.The query conditions were divided into the test groups(children group,adult group A,adult group B,and elderly group);the classification of the test population(gender,age,city,city,urban and rural type);the test indexes(including all the indicators of national constitution monitoring and a series of derivative indexes);classification of test year(2005,2010,2014,2020),of which the test in 2020 is not completed and the results are not entered.The age group of the test was classified(1 year old and 5 years old),3-6-year-old children were divided by each year group,adults and elderly were divided by 5 years as a group,and 70-79 years old group was added in 2020.Source data check and corresponding charts generation are available in data statistics section.The results show that the national constitution monitoring data platform designed in this paper can achieve the expected monitoring effect,provide reliable and stable services,and has high scalability.
