摘要
目前我国学校体育课堂更多的是注重体育技能和方法的传授,而对体育促进健康的理论知识方面教育较少,使得青少年对健康的关注程度不够高,自主健身的行为偏少。青少年除了在公共体育课上进行必要的体育运动外,课外是否进行自主健身活动将是影响体质健康的重要方面,如何调动青少年自主运动的积极性将是不可回避的议题。本文立足于青少年体质健康问题,分析运动科学知识应用的现实状况,并提出切实可行的探索方法,为后续研究的深入开展提供初步思路和突破点,力求以后能够取得实质进展,真正使运动科学知识在提高青少年的强健体魄方面带来实际价值。
At present,our country’s school physical education mainly focus on the teaching of sports skills and methods,while the education of health is less,which makes teenagers pay less attention to health and have less autonomous fitness behavior.In addition to the necessary sports in public physical education,whether or not to carry out autonomous fitness activities after school will be an important aspect of physical health.How to activate the enthusiasm of young people in sports will be an unavoidable topic.Based on the problem of teenagers’physical health,this paper analyzes the practical situation of sports science knowledge application,and puts forward practical exploration methods,which provides preliminary ideas and breakthrough points for the further research,and strives to make substantial progress in the future,so as to bring practical value to the improvement of young people’s fitness.
