翻转课堂引入高校羽毛球教学的实证研究 被引量:2

摘要 深入探讨翻转课堂引入高校羽毛球教学中产生的实际效果,主要采用教学实验法,对教学实验的前后两组学生的体质水平(BMI、肺活量、50m、立定跳远等指标)、羽毛球基本技术(正手发高远球、正手击高远球)以及锻炼态度进行测评。结果表明:1.翻转课堂有利于羽毛球基本技术对掌握;2.锻炼态度更易积极影响;3.体质水平变化无明显差异。 This paper deeply discusses the practical effect of flipped classroom on badminton teaching in colleges and universities.The teaching experiment method is mainly used to evaluate the physical level indexes(BMI,vital capacity,50m,standing long jump,etc.)of the two groups of students before and after the teaching experiment,as well as the basic badminton skills(forehand high clear serve and return)and the exercise attitude.The results show that:first,flipping classroom is conducive to mastering the basic skills of badminton;second,exercise attitude is more likely to have a positive impact;third,there is no significant difference in the change of physical fitness level.
