普通高校体育专业大学生生活事件的调查评定

Evaluation and Investigation of Life Events for College Sport Majors

对广东省5所高校体育专业大学生的日常生活事件进行调查评定,结果表明:现阶段广东省体育专业学生对负性生活事件的应激程度在时间维度上呈下降趋势,而男生在负性事件的应激程度上要小于女生。在不同维度方面,体育专业学生在学习压力、丧失和适应这3个方面的ASLEC得分最高。在性别方面,男生的ASLEC总分要明显小于女生且存在显著差异(P<0.05)。在专业方面,文科生的ASLEC总分要高于理科生,但不存在明显差异(P>0.05)。在户籍方面,所在地为城市学生的ASLEC总分要明显高于农村学生,且存在非常显著差异(P<0.01)。在年级方面,大一学生在ASLEC总分上要少于大二和大三学生,但各年级之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。

The investigation and evaluation of daily life events of college students majoring in physical education in 5 universities in Guangdong Province showed that the stress level of sports students on negative life events presents a declining trend in time dimension,while the degree of stress of boys is less than that of girls in negative events.In terms of different dimensions,sports majors have the highest ASLEC scores in terms of learning pressure,loss and adaptation.In terms of gender,the total ASLEC score of boys is significantly lower than that of girls,and there is a significant difference(P<0.05).In terms of majors,liberal arts students have a higher ASLEC score than science students,but there is no significant difference(P>0.05).In terms of household registration,the total ASLEC score of urban students is significantly higher than that of rural students,and there is a very significant difference(P<0.01).In terms of grades,freshmen have less ASLEC overall scores than sophomores and juniors,but there is no significant difference between grades(P>0.05).
