摘要
“三湾改编”在面临巨大挑战的困境中通过改革团队治理模式重组了团队结构,使团队面貌焕然一新,极大地加强了团队的凝聚力和战斗力。当前,由于外部的多方压力和提升内部治理能力的需要,我国篮球运动队治理模式正在发生着深刻变革。本研究通过分析“三湾改编”的背景以及“支部建在连上”和官兵平等、建立士兵委员会等卓越的团队建设措施,用“三湾改编”中这些优秀的团队建设措施的历史经验来启发我国篮球队治理模式改革,提出我国篮球运动队治理模式改革应当加强运动队的领导核心建设,加强运动队的组织结构建设,加强运动队的民主协商机制建设,加强运动队运动员的思想政治建设,以此推动我国篮球运动队治理模式的现代化。
Although being in a difficult position,“Sanwan Adaption”was carried out with great challenge.It rebuilt the structure of different groups through reforming the governance models,which made the team took on an entirely new look and also greatly enhanced the unity and combat effectiveness.At present,since external various pressure and the demands for improving internal manageable capability,the governance models of China’s basketball teams are reforming a lot.By analyzing the background of the“Sanwan Adaptation”and the excellent team building measures such as“the branch is built on the company”,the equality of officers and soldiers and the establishment of soldier committees,this study uses the historical experience of these excellent team building measures in the“Sanwan Adaptation”to inspire the governance model reform of China’s basketball team.It is proposed that the reform of the governance model of China’s basketball team should strengthen the construction of the leadership core of the sports team,the organizational structure of the sports team,the democratic consultation mechanism of the sports team,and the ideological and political construction of the athletes of the sports team,so as to promote the modernization of the governance model of China’s basketball team.
