摘要
分数槽切向磁路永磁电机齿顶漏磁通对电机的波纹转矩、平均电磁转矩等性能产生较大影响。通过建立一个极下齿顶漏磁随定、转子相对位置变化的分析模型,研究齿顶漏磁的存在规律,得到一种新的齿顶漏磁计算方法。该方法引入单元电机齿顶漏磁概念,分析单元电机各磁极间齿顶漏磁通的关系,通过绘制齿顶漏磁曲线获得齿顶漏磁值。用有限元法仿真验证该模型的准确性。该方法计算简单,具有较好的计算精度和工作效率,为减少齿顶漏磁提供了简便算法。
Tooth-tip leakage flux of fractional slot PMSM with tangential magnetic flux has great influence on ripple torque,average electromagnetic torque and other performance parameters.A mathematical model of tooth-tip leakage flux varying with the relative position of stator and rotor under a pole was established and tooth-tip magnetic flux leakage was studied to acquire a new method of tooth-tip magnetic flux leakage calculation.The method researched the relationship between the tooth-tip leakage fluxes of a unit motor and the tooth-tip leakage flux of a unit motor could be obtained by drawing the curve of tooth-tip leakage fluxes.The finite element method was used to simulate and verify the accuracy of the model.The method is simple to calculate,and has good calculation accuracy and work efficiency.It provides a simple algorithm for reducing tooth-tip leakage flux.
