气机升降理论在针灸治疗脑病中的思路 被引量:9

摘要 随着脑科学的蓬勃发展,人类对脑病的认识日渐提高。中医对脑病的认识可谓独树一帜。五藏所生的“精神魂魄意”的传输及展现,是脑的主要功能之一,亦离不开人体“(阴阳)气”升降出入的正常运行。结合脏腑与经络气机升降特点及符文彬教授的疏肝调神和心胆调治整合技术,探讨气机升降出入在脑病针灸治疗中的理论与临床思路。 With the rapid development of brain science,the understanding of encephalopathy was gradually systematized.Different from modern medicine,theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)had a unique understanding of encephalopathy.The transmission and reveal of vitality,ethereal soul,corporeal soul,ideation and will,rooted in the five viscera,are the main functions of the brain and depends on the normal movement of the qi(yin and yang)of the human body.Combining the characteristics of visceral organs and meridian qi ascending and descending and Professor FU Wenbin's integrated techniques for soothing the liver and regulating mind and heart and gallbladder regulation,exploring the theory and clinical thinking of qi ascending and descending in the treatment of encephalopathy in acupuncture and moxibustion.
