小型水电站扩容后水轮机原型效能分析 被引量:2

摘要 水轮机效率是反映水轮机性能的重要指标,也是水电站经济运行的基础。以某水电站增容改造为研究对象,针对改造后的水轮机机组的效率测试与评定问题,通过计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)的方式获得了流量测量误差,在此基础上采用超声波法对改造后的实际机组进行了效率试验,得到了额定水头下的机组效率曲线,并进行了结果评估。结果验证了试验方法的可行性与准确性,且机组效率达到了改造要求,对行业有一定借鉴意义。 Turbine efficiency is an important index reflecting turbine performance,and is also the basis of hydropower station economic operation.Taking the capacity increase and reconstruction of a hydropower station as the research object,Aiming at the efficiency test and evaluation of the reformed turbine unit.The flow measurement error was obtained by means of computational fluid dynamics(CFD),on this basis,the efficiency test of the actual unit after the transformation was carried out by ultrasonic efficiency test.The efficiency curve of the unit under rated head was obtained and the result was evaluated.The results verify the feasibility and accuracy of the test method,and the unit efficiency meets the transformation requirements,which has a certain reference significance for the industry.
