河北省公益性农技推广服务农户满意度测评及提升路径——基于ACSI模型

Evaluation and Improvement of Farmers'Satisfaction Towards Public Welfare Agricultural Technology Extension Service:Based on ACSI Model

为提升农技推广服务成效,强化农技推广工作,基于ACSI模型,构建公益性农技推广服务农户满意度评价指标体系。农户满意度模型结果表明,公益性农技推广服务存在服务质量供求不平衡、服务效率有待提高、服务感知价值较低等问题。农户预期、服务质量、服务感知价值、农户收入水平对农户满意度产生影响。据此提出建立多元化公益性农技推广服务体系、增加资金与农业基础设施投入、建立农户需求反馈机制等政策建议。

In order to enhance the effectiveness of agricultural technology extension services and strengthen agricultural technology extension work,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of farmers'satisfaction degree of public welfare agricultural technology extension service,based on ACSI model.The farmers'satisfaction model shows that there is an imbalance between supply and demand of service quality;service efficiency needs to be improved;perceived value of service is low.Farmers'satisfaction is related to farmers'expectation,service quality,service perceived value and farmers'income.This paper accordingly puts forward some policies and recommendations on establishing diversified public welfare agricultural technology extension service system,increasing investment in capital and agricultural infrastructure construction,and establishing farmers'demand feedback mechanism.
