摘要
装配式混凝土楼梯作为装配式建筑中常用构件,在施工过程中遇到较多问题,比如对装配式混凝土楼梯安全性的疑惑,采用装配方式导致楼梯净高受限,梯板预制过程及吊装过程操作不当出现裂缝,现场楼梯安装过程中出现螺栓孔对位不准导致无法施工等,对装配式楼梯遇到问题进行探讨、总结,为类似工程提供参考。
As a common component in prefabricated buildings,prefabricated concrete stairs have encountered many problems during construction process,such as safety of prefabricated concrete stairs,limitation of assembly methods by clear height of the stairs,occurrence of cracks in prefabrication process and hoisting process of stair plate due to improper operation,failure in construction caused by incorrect alignment of bolt holes during the installation of stairs on site,and the problems encountered by prefabricated stairs were discussed and summarized to provide references for similar projects.
