Hospital Building Design Under Complex Terrain Conditions

在山地城市的建设与发展中,优化配置医疗资源、更新换代医疗科技引起了广泛的关注。为了及时更新老化基础医疗设施、进一步扩大医院总体规模,改扩建旧院区已然形成一种趋势。但是,山地市中心在改扩建医院时,常常会面临土地紧张及复杂地形等问题,同时山地建筑多变的形式,又可以更有效地融合于医院内部复杂功能。基于此,从某医院建筑改扩建工程出发,主要探讨了在复杂地形下,设计医院建筑的有关内容。

In the construction and development of mountainous cities,optimizing the allocation of medical resources and upgrading medical technology have attracted widespread attention.In order to update the aging basic medical facilities in a timely manner and further expand the overall size of the hospital,there has been a trend of rebuilding and expanding the old hospital area.However,when rebuilding and expanding hospitals in mountainous city centers,they often face land shortages and complex topography.At the same time,the varied forms of mountain buildings can be more effectively integrated into the complex functions of the hospital.Based on this,this article starts from the reconstruction and expansion project of a certain hospital building,and mainly discusses the relevant content of the design of the hospital building under the complex terrain.
