摘要
高层住宅标准层采用铝模施工已为常态,常规木模楼层浇筑混凝土时常采用布料机或布料杆放置在作业面上,而铝模支模体系的特点是无水平拉杆,布料机置于铝模上方易产生较大水平振动,影响铝模支撑体系安全性。采用提升式布料机可避免上述问题,并且泵管与布料机设于同一位置,避免了泵管的弯管次数,可减少堵管概率,提高混凝土施工质量。
It is common for standard floor of high-rise residential building to be constructed with aluminum formwork.The concrete pouring on the conventional wood formwork floor often uses distributor or distributor rod to be placed on the working surface.The characteristic of the aluminum formwork support system is that there is no horizontal pull rod.The distributor placed above the aluminum formwork is easy to produce large horizontal vibration,which affects safety of the aluminum formwork support system.The above problems can be avoided by using lifting distributor,and pump pipe is located at same position as distributor,which avoids bending times of the pump pipe,reduces probability of pipe blockage and improves quality of concrete construction.
