摘要 铝合金模板加固体系中,对拉螺杆必不可少,而对拉螺杆必然形成墙体对拉螺杆孔,根据目前市场上铝合金模板常规加固体系,一般住宅楼层高范围设置4~5道对拉螺杆,水平间距约800 mm。一般常规住宅单层平面面积约450 m^(2)时,其墙面铝合金模板对拉螺杆孔需设置2000多个,对拉螺杆孔数量大,采取成本低且有效的封堵方式显得尤为重要。成品素混凝土锥体+水泥防水胶浆封墙施工成本低、工序简单、工程效益好,可推广应用。 In the aluminum alloy formwork reinforcement system,the opposite drawing screw is essential,and the opposite drawing screw will inevitably form the wall opposite drawing screw hole.According to the conventional reinforcement system of aluminum alloy formwork on the market,4-5 opposite drawing screws are set in high range of residential floors,with a horizontal spacing of about 800 mm.When single-layer plane area of general residential buildings is about 450 m^(2),more than 2000 opposite drawing screw holes of aluminum alloy formwork on the wall need to be set.The number of opposite drawing screw holes is large,so it is particularly important to adopt low-cost and effective blocking methods.The construction technology of the finished plain concrete cone+cement waterproof mortar sealing wall has the advantages of low cost,simple process and good engineering benefit,which can be popularized and applied.
