面向国际学生的“三全育人”工作路径与优化——以华东师范大学国际汉语文化学院为例

摘要 以华东师范大学国际汉语文化学院为例,分析了面向国际学生的“三全育人”工作的背景与意义,叙述了国际汉语文化学院的工作实践探索:通过制度建设,构建中外学生一体化育人机制,通过文化载体,打造系列精品课程与主题活动,依托实践育人,全面了解当代中国发展现状。但在实际操作中,依然存在校内外各管理部门形成合力不足、学生参与活动的自主性不强、中外学生交流现状与需求不对等的问题。最后提出国际学生“三全育人”工作的优化建议:构建完善的国际学生管理服务支持,构建完善的国际学生培养体系,构建完善的国际学生自我发展体系。 Taking the School of International Chinese Studies of East China Normal University as an example,this paper analyzes the background and significance of the“three-whole education”for international students,and describes the work practice and exploration of the School of International Chinese Studies:building an integrated education mechanism for Chinese and foreign students through institutional strategies;creating a series of excellent courses and theme activities through cultural carriers;comprehensively understanding the development status of contemporary China through practical cultivation.However,there are still some problems in practice,such as the lack of joint efforts in and out of campus,the students’lack of autonomous participation in activities,and the imbalance between the current status of exchange and the needs of Chinese and international students.Finally,it also puts forward some optimization suggestions for the“there-whole education”work for international students:to build a complete management-service support for international students;to build a complete cultivating system for international students;and to build a complete self-development system for international students.
