摘要
探讨了翻转课堂联合案例教学的混合式教学模式在外科学教学中的应用效果。2017级“5+3”临床医学学生70名,按班级分为研究组(n=35)和对照组(n=35),研究组采用翻转课堂联合案例教学的教学模式,对照组采用传统的课堂教学模式。课程结束后,通过调查表和考核成绩比较两组的教学效果。结果显示:研究组理论考核成绩(88.3±8.4)分,高于观察组的(83.3±9.3)分,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);研究组学生对教学效果满意度评价显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。翻转课堂联合案例教学的混合式教学模式能够提高外科学的教学效果,值得推广。
To explore the effect of blended teaching mode based on flipped classroom and case-based learning in the teaching of surgery,a total of 70 students of the 5+3 accelerated program allowing them to get both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from grade 2017 in clinical medicine from Nanjing medical University were divided into an experimental group(n=35)and a control group(n=35)according to the class.The experimental group adopted blended teaching mode based on flipped classroom and case-based learning,while the control group received traditional teaching.At the end of the course,the results of academic records and questionnaire were compared between the two groups.The result of academic record was(88.3±8.4)in the experimental group and was(83.3±9.3)in the control group(p<0.05).The satisfactory rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group according to the questionnaire(p<0.05).The blended teaching mode based on flipped classroom and case-based learning can improve the learning outcome in the teaching of surgery,which shows promise as an acceptable approach to surgery teaching in clinical medicine.
